Setelah memeriksa sejumlah pejabat dan mantan pejabat, kini beberapa anggota DPRD Kabupaten Brebes mulai dipanggil KPK ke Jakarta. Salah satu anggota DPRD yang telah memenuhi panggilan itu adalah Ketua Komisi C DPRD Kabupaten Brebes, Sukirso Handan.
Informasi yang dihimpun Suara Merdeka menyebutkan, Sukirso Handan menjalani pemeriksaan pada Jumat (8/5), di Kantor KPK Jakarta. Anggota DPRD dari Fraksi PDI-P itu berangkat memenuhi panggilan itu Kamis sore (7/5), dengan menggunakan KA Cirebon Ekspres (Cirek) dari Stasiun Brebes.

Pemanggilannya ke Jakarta terkait kasus dugaan markup pengadaan tanah Rp 11 miliar yang tengah dibidik KPK. Sebab, Sukirso Handan di tahun 2003 lalu menjabat sebagai Ketua Komisi A dan anggota Panitia Anggaran (Panan) DPRD Kabupaten Brebes.
Seperti diberitakan sebelumnya, tim Penyidik KPK selama lima hari sejak Selasa (28/4) lalu, turun ke Brebes. Mereka memeriksa sejumlah pejabat dan mantan pejabat Pemkab terkait kasus dugaan markup pengadaan tanah tersebut.
Pengadaan Buku Selain itu, KPK juga melakukan penyelidikan beberapa kasus korupsi lain, seperti Pengadaan Buku Paket Balai Pustaka senilai Rp 20 miliar dan subsidi minyak tanah. Proses pemeriksaan itu dilaksanakan di aula Mapolres Brebes.
Sejumlah pejabat dan mantan pejabat yang diperiksa di antaranya, Sekda H Kaspuri Rosyadi SH (dulu Kepala BPKD), Asisten I Sekda Drs H Supriyono (dulu Kepala Kantor Pengelolaan Pasar), Kepala Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Drs Asih Pambudi (dulu Camat Brebes), mantan Sekda Drs H Bambang Muryantono.
Selain itu mantan Asisten I Sekda Karsono SSos, mantan Lurah Brebes Tatag, mantan Ketua DPRD, Sarei Abdul Rosid (kini anggota DPRD Provinsi Jateng), mantan Wakil Ketua DPRD HM Nasrudin (kini Ketua DPRD Brebes) dan Sunadi Ilham.
Ketua Komisi C DPRD Kabupaten Brebes, Sukirso Handan ketika dikonfirmasi membenarkan dirinya dipanggil KPK di Jakarta. ”Saya memang dipanggil KPK. Tapi, saya hanya dimintai klarifikasi, bukan diperiksa,” ujarnya saat dihubungi melalui telepon, Minggu (10/5).
Menurut dia, pemanggilan KPK itu bukan terkait jabatannya saat ini, tetapi menyangkut kapasitasnya sebagai Ketua Komisi A dan anggota Panitia Anggaran DPRD Kabupaten Brebes di tahun 2003 lalu. Dalam klarifikasi tersebut, dirinya dimintai keterangan seputar penggunaan anggaran APBD tahun 2003. Termasuk juga, terkait pengadaan tanah Pemkab Brebes senilai
Rp 11 miliar. ”Saya ke sana (Kantor KPK-red) datang sendiri. Saya dimintai keterangan selama dua jam oleh tim KPK,” ucapnya.(H38-17)
